Pre-orders are advance purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. We then ship them to you upon their arrival.

Delivery will occur between July 15 and September 30, 2010

You will be charged a 50% deposit upon placement of the order with the remaining 50% to be paid upon shipping of the merchandise.

Because the items you order are reserved especially for you and will no longer be available for others to purchase, any canceled orders/items will be subject to a 10% non refundable cancellation fee.

If for any reason you need to cancel your order, you must contact us within 48 hours via phone or email, after placing your order. The cancellation fee will not be charged if the above requirements are met.

Upon receiving your order if a size exchange is needed, we will do our best to accommodate your request, otherwise preorders can be returned for a full store credit.

The merchandise that you preorder may not be shipped together due to each vendor shipping their collection at a different time. we will ship the merchandise once its received in stock. There will be a flat fee of $4.95 per additional shipment. Any free shipping offers will be applied to the last shipment. 

If the manufacturer decides not to produce a certain style or for whatever reason they do not ship within the time frame (see above dates) you will be refunded your deposit. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
