At Mon Petit,
we only sell the highest quality products, if for any
reason, you are unhappy with your merchandise, you may
return it to us. The items must be returned in brand
new condition with all tags still attached and with
a copy of your receipt enclosed, within 7 days from
receipt for a refund. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
You have up to
10 days from receipt for us to receive your return,
in order to receive store credit for merchandise that
is not on sale. Store credit does not expire. Beyond
this 10 day timeframe, we will not accept any returns.
Returns must
have a RMA# before they will be accepted. Please e-mail
us at customerservice@monpetitchild.com, or call us
at 718 853.5410 for a return number.
Sale merchandise
(up to 40% off) may only be returned for exchange or
store credit, within 5 days of receipt. After that,
sale merchandise will not be accepted. Shipping fees
will not be refunded.
Please note that
clearance items (40% and up) are final sale and cannot
be returned or exchanged.
